I tried to buy some items from Ebay using COD option.But when I try to select COD option it doesn't respond..why? Is it because Ebay doesn't offer COD in my area,which is Tiruvalla,Kerala.But I'm a reguarly online shopper & have brought many things using COD..why doesn't that COD option work?
