I am from Chennai. India and i am new to ebey, Well though a old member with ebay, but this is for the first time i have decided to buy something from the ebay..
My brother has bought a dozen of Items for Ebay.com (not through ebay GEB) and becoz of this positive response, i have decided to buy through Ebay GEB now.
Well i found the item i am looking out for in the ebay.com, but the seller replied that, the product can only be shipped via express Shipping which is $45. The product's cost is $40.
So i was not ready to pay double cost for that product and declined which comes around Rs.4500.
Days ago, i found the same product in the ebay GEB for a cost of Rs.2070 which included Shipping and customs cost and i decided to go for it.
BUT now i am stuck at the payment part..
I dont have any Credit card.. I only have Debit card which belongs to Indian Bank. (Pls note, i am not taking about banks in India, i meant Indian Bank "http://www.indian-bank.com/")
So my Question is, Can i Pay through Indian Bank Debit card?
Also Please tell me these -
1) Is it Safe to go and order via Ebay's Global easy buy?
2) I live in Chennai. In How many days the item would reach me?

debit card is not accepted by ebay, but you can do an online bank transfer through your bank very easily.
