Can anyone tell me how to change the shipping address after buying the product.

Hi,

I had bought a product on ebay and immediately I realized that I had selected the wrong shipping address. I contacted the seller but he said that I need to conatct ebay to change shipping address.

Contacting ebay through phone is a nightmare , I waited for 19 minutes and the call got disconnected and again my waiting time was 48 minutes.

Really frustrating...

eBay CS Team will not be able to help you out in this, only Seller can help you.

There is no procedure for address change at eBay once you place the order. But you can do 1 thing:-

1) Call the seller and request him to cancel the order citing you had mentioned wrong address. Sellers are quite friendly at eBay and will surely agree upon.

Else drop an email to seller eBay registered email id from your eBay registered email id requesting cancellation of order with PaisaPay id and keeping eBay CS team in cc. (inrswebhelp@ebay.com)

Seller will surely do the needful.

2) Then you can place the new order after the refund is given to you post cancellation of order.
