Can I replace twice any purchased item /??

Actually i had purchase a mobile from ebay but the mobile was defective so after contacting the seller I taken the DOA and sent for replacement. After two weeks I received the new one but after 3 days its also creating problem now what should i do...????

You should contact the seller regarding your order. If you dont get a response, you should raise a claim via ebay Guarantee.
