Pls I tried to order for a phone which they indicated cash on delivery available but in payment option there is no cash on delivery. Pls how do I go about it?

There are certain sellers who have no COD method. Instead you can pay using paisapay of Ebay. It is one of secure method. 

Paisapay is a system of payment in ebay where your money don't go to seller if you have not received the item.
