I have bought a product from ebay, but when(due to some reason) I wanted to retun that product and wanted to get refund (or i was ready to exchange) but they refused, this is pathetic & unfortunate. I called them them severall times they used to make false to me. I informed this to all my friends & relative , they also agreed to me,and we all have boycoot to buy further anything from ebay..
