I have Purchased Item from Ebay.in. It was my forst Online transaction. So I was So happy to Order the Products. But I have gotten wrong Product. I do Cash on deleivery. So Apply for Ebay Guarantee Claim.
The Story Start Now. After Ebay Guarantee Claim; Call come from Team. I told then to give my Money Back. They Assured to Give DD within 15 day. I thinked the Problem Solved. But now its 4 months I am calling them; one of the executive answering that "My cheque is ready to Transfer.". 5 to 10 executive said same sentanance. I am waiting my cheque till.
I talked with senior Members of ebay Guarantee Claim. No issue resolved. For them information my paisapayid is 43614964024.
Still waiting for my money back.
So people who reading this; I request you to read my comment carefully. then decide to do transaction on ebay. Its your hard money; So decide to Buy from ebay.
The frustration is another things gifted by them to you. Your valuable time will waste for Online transaction from ebay.
