Bank Account Debited Twice for a Single Item.

Hi,

I purchased an item by paying through PaisaPay, while paying for the item, it showed an error message that the payment could not be processed at this time. So, I tried once again, this time it was successful. The problem is that the amount was debited twice from my savings account for a single transaction. What is the procedure to get my the amount back?
