BUYING FROM EBAY USA VIA PAYPAL

i m new to ebay
kindly tell m ehow to use paypal. as

1. it dosent accept indian debit cards.(as far i knw)
2.even ant pay via online bank a/c.... online bank a/c can only b used for withdraw payments form paypal a/c.. (as far in know)

i dont have credit card.

Kindly tell me the way to buy from ebay usa and to pay via paypal.
any buyer is buying form usa? kindly tell m ehow u pay using paypal?

Wats the best way and easiest way to pay via paypal form india?

Does Paypal accept Indian credit cards? Do Indian banks, eg. HDFC Bank or Axis Bank, allow payment to Paypal from their Credit cards?
