SINCE MAILS TO BAAZEE DONT WORK, NO ONE RESPONDS TO CALLS, AND NO ACTION GETS TAKEN - This is for the benefit for Baazee Buyers. Excuse me for the lazy approach and pasting mails between Baazee and self but I think my time is better spent in Court then wasting here.
Dear Baazee,
You are reissuing the same warning which you had issued a week ago. Please act on this warning now and refund my money.

It has been a month now and the Baazee is still giving the seller these warnings. There is nothing more in Baazee's quiver than giving empty warning and defrauding sellers know it very well. GOOD LUCK TO ALL NAIVE BUYERS ON BAAZEE.X-(

Three Months atleast 10 phone calls and there is no BUYER PROTECTION, is there any change after E-BAY has come on board or BUYER PROTECTION ceases as per their policies.X-(

Hi rajat,
I have been a victim too along with 15 others who got cheated by Jagdish kumar from Chandigarh,I made a payment of 10,450 by DD after which the seller is absconding.It has been 20 days now since this heppened. I was able to get all the User ID's of the buyers who got cheated.People have paid upto 180000 to this cheat and beleive it or not one bid ended at 2,11,800 (after much heated bids) for a Nikon SLR.I dont knwo whether that buyer paid the amount. this guy has got away with a heck of a lot of money. I have reported the problem with Baazee on 23rd March and got to contact another buyer. He had paid by paisapay online money transfer to the HDFC account of that fraud. We have sent a mail today to HDFC to freeze his account. Can u give some advice on how to proceed. Ur advice is very valuable to recover lakhs of money innocent buyers have lost. if possible give me ur email address.

I think we should collectively sue Baazee (or E-Bay). I will respect the policy of this site and not give my id, however I think duped buyers should have a site to mobilize and for that purpose I have started a group and a new term BAAZEED. I am sure given the policies this term will go down in the dictionary as meaning "The Act of Unsuspecting Buyers Duped on Internet Sites".

THE SELLER SONALI_MANIAR IS NOT AT ALL SAFE. FEW MONTHS BACK, I HAD WON A PII SYSTEM FROM THE SELLER AND WHEN I CONTACTED THE SELLER, THEY REFUSED TO SELL THE ITEM. EVEN EBAY SAID THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO FORCE THE SELLER TO COMPLETE THE SALE. .....SO EBAY EITHER ENCOURAGE MORE OF SUCH SELLERS OR TRY TO BECOME HONEST AS YOUR VALUE SAYS "We believe that an honest, open environment can bring out the best in people."
I AM JUST WAITING FOR YOUR ACTION EBAY...:-(
