I took part in the Azaadi Rocks Contest 2014 held in August 2014.
On August 5 2014 I purhased an item (item id :251594596952) and On 6th August 2014 I was declared as one of the winner of the azadi rocks contest 2014 for that day and I won Rs.5000 coupon.
The link of the facebook page image in which I was declared winner is as follows (I am also attaching a screen shot of that page for your ready reference)
But till now I didn't receive the coupon which was supposed to be given after 15th September 2014.
I tried to write/call to customer service several times but they could not solve my problem. In place of solving my problem they only ask for more time. I wrote to insellerverification@ebay.com and inappeals@ebay.in but to no solution.
Please suggest what shoud I do?
