11 Days Passed But still not got a Gift Item from Ebay

Hello Ebay,
Purchased a Item PS2 Console Basic Pack + Destruction Derby Arenas Game (170273232482)

Claim the gift also on 23rd Oct 11 Days passed no mail no gift:-( talked with the Customer care live chat. He checked with the concern team and say still 1 week required to send a gift.

Atleast 1 mail should be from ebay about thanking of purchase and we have registered your claim blah blah blah?:|

But no mail Great service.

So 18 Days required to send a Gift ok.

By now you should have recieved an email from eBay side to update your Registered address (if you need to). If NOT then you may call the CC once again.

same situation for me as well...
live chat and phone support still repeating that the gifts will arrive soon (almost 40 days passed now !!)

atleast a confirmation email would have made the things easier but there is no mail from ebay once you make you claim.
