Hi, The matter I am reporting here might be the first for ebay and surely most of the buyers must have suffered the same fate too. The seller in question is hoststafinet I had purchased one Linux reseller hosting package of 1GB and three domain names from this seller and my observation over last 4 months has been that in such transactions the true competency of the seller is exposed much latter. The seller in question in this case is absolutely useless yes useless, the level of competency is way below mark and the SLA is not met at all by this seller. The domain and hosting packages are such that you need the services of the seller on a continues basis (12 months) and if the seller does not respond to your queries then the buyer is DOOMED. The seller hoststafinet is not at all competent in his job and is an trickster on eBay and does not provide any help whatsoever, all emails sent to his address have bounced (I have proof of all bounced emails) now tell me how can a service provider have his emails bouncing. As my sites are down my clients are having monetary loss and also facing loss of creditability in the market. One client mxinfosys.com had to shift from my site to another site in a period of 1 hour ONLY BECAUSE OF THIS SELLERS INCOMPETENCY TO RUN HIS BUSINESS PROPERLY AND ALSO BECAUSE HE DOES NOT ENOUGH KNOWLEDGE OF THE BUSINESS. I have also reported this matter to the national consumer forum in New Delhi (i have all the records for the same) and also I am in the process of filing a legal suit and sorting to take help from Mumbai Police. My hosting site is down for the last 48 hrs or more and even after sending more than 12 emails to him there is no response from him, his eBay site is also down and there are no items as I write this mail. This seller had committed an uptime of 99.99 percent on ebay site but he has not lived up to his commitment. The domain business is such that the seller has to be quick and SHOULD KNOW HIS JOB but alas hoststafinet has turned out to be a BIG BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. This seller has no contact number listed and also no address where I can visit him in Pune only a PO box number is provided and he calls him self C.F. Stafi, where F stands for Francsis is all I know. How can ebay have sellers who do not provide telephone numbers and a do not have a contactable address on their site is what only ebay can answer. So in the end I request to all the buyers to completely boycott this seller hoststafinet and stop all transactions with him and any buyer who has had the same experience please get in touch with me urgently. I also request ebay to look into the matter immediately as this seller has casued me monetary losses. I have proof of all what I have said. I can prove beyoud doubt that this seller is not knowing his job.
(Note: I had purchased the packages from him when I was working with ebay seller Roshniinfotech but now I have left Roshniinfotech and I am on my own)
