i have recd a power bank of xiomi but its not working please suggesse

DEar Team, i have buy a xiomi 10400mah power bank its recd on 22nd dec-2014,but its not working properly,after full day charge this power bank just one time charge my phone with this power bank, please solve my problem. regards, Mintoo singh Rathore
