How to get buyers feedback.I sold number of items but have very less feedback.

Sir,I have three pickup address(Allahabad , Lucknow and Surat). But only one is added.Please let me know how to add the other two pickup address so that I can avail powership from all the addresses. With regards,Reena Kumari
