Recently lots of users have had raised issues regarding usability of PaisaPay. This workshop is aimed at helping the community understand the PaisaPay system in eBay.in and also to address issues that have been raised by our users. The team will love to get your feedback on improving the system.

hi ... paisa pay team .. i would not be there to attend the online workshop and disapponted not to be there ,,, but would appreciate if these queries could be explained
(1) an international customer using paisa pay frequently still requires all verification formalities for fresh order which is below 2500.00 .... what is the logic ?
(2) if paisa pay confirms a payment and the goods are despatched ... after 2 months if a chargeback is recieved , does the seller still has to bear the brunt ?
would like to know more about chargeback policy specially in context to international payments
(3) can a buyer use chargeback for an item which he/she finds not as per order ? or is chargeback only used when a theft is suspected ?
(4) initially no sooner ebay.in started ... there was a glitch with paisa pay not working on international payments (acknowledged by the site )and many orders went awry / cancelled ... would international listing fees be refunded for that period ??

what invoice it is all bouncing i was shock to see as the Baazee listing shifted to ebay all international and other fee got and also re-listed automatically never noticed you got to see the problem

rest the final payment for the item which is not sold why we have to give to ebay as my items are expensive and there are lots of bogus and new buyer who just bye it to learn why should we pay those fee every time we can't pay thousand of Rs
also need somebody to please explain the credit which Baazee suppose to give us for 20000 Rs
my case i have gone for shop and nearly spended 1000 Rs for listing altogether 2000rs and 3-4000 final price+cradit card fee total would be around not more than 6000rs
And Invoice came for 25000+ tell how to react
help out please

By when can we expect the payment conformation delay to be solved out, if we receive any neutral or negative feedback due to delay in shipment due to your verification delay, will ebay remove it ??

Sorry that you are not able to make to the workshop, however the answers to your quries are below:

(1) Small value credit card payments normally do not require any verification documents. For these payments, we ask for these documents as last resort only to safeguard against misuse of credit card.

(2)No, as long as the seller has dispatched the right product as specified in the listing and is able to provide a valid proof of delivery to PaisaPay within the specified timeline.

(3)It depends on the policy of the credit card issuing bank

(4)If you have been charged international listing fee and your listings did not appear on the international site, please let us know through the "Contact Us" wizard so that we can look into it and take appropriate steps.

Most of the delays in payment confirmation are with payments made through HDFC. eBay is forced to keep the payments made through HDFC as pending, till the time we get credit in our bank account, due to technical issues with HDFC.

Due to the technical issue, HDFC payments will be confirmed in 2 โ€“ 3 working days.

We are aware that there has been huge delays in confirming certain HDFC payments in past. We have improved our processes to ensure that this is not repeated in future.

We are working with HDFC bank to find possibilities of sorting this technical issue so that HDFC payments are treated as confirmed the movement a payment is made. This will bring HDFC at par with other banks. We will keep the community informed of the progress made.

To answer your second question on removing the negative rating, let me check this with our Trust & Safety team and get back.
