How to make an invoice

I am new on ebay as a seller and i have sold one item and already despatched the order by self courier. Now i am not able to find a invoice. Should i make the invoice by myself as we make invoice in make local sells within india to dealer by charging the Gst. One problem i getting that how should i show my sell of one item on ebay. I am not getting any help.

Inorder to view or send invoice to the buyer for the purchase made by the buyer, please follow the below mentioned steps:

You can send or revise an invoice from either My eBay or Seller Hub.

1. Find the item:
   • In Seller Hub, select Orders
   • In My eBay, select Sold
2. From Actions, select Send invoice.
3. Make any necessary changes (to shipping charges, payment methods, etc.).
4. Select Send invoice.

If you are looking at sending invoice externally to any other vendor then you need to check this with your CA. For more details on sending invoice please visit the following link:
