Packing materials request showing Pending

Hi,

My PS Central got activated on 18th and i immediately put request for the packing materials.

The status is still showing as Pending Approval.

I have spoken to the PS customer support several times over the period of past two days asking for the despatch of packing materials & also have written emails requesting for the same.

I have been informed that the packing materials will be despatched tomorow still the status is Pending Approval.

What to do?
