Bluedart is not pickuping my parcel

I have registered pick ups on 17th which was due to be picked up on 18th which has not yet been picked up.

I have been calling the ebay customer care and they every time they inform me that they have informed the logistics partner and they will pick up the parcels between 4-6.

I have more then 20 parcels lying at my office ready and waiting to be picked up.

I also called up the Bule dart help line and gave them the token number and they also promised that the parcel will be picked up between 4-6.

I am still sitting in the office at 8.28 pm hoping that some one from the Blue dart team will turn for picking up the parcels.

Feeling Frustrated as the messages from the buyers are drooling in asking for the shipment of their purchases.
