sir
i am a reputed seller on ebay running mobilesaccessory
on last 18th nov. my account abilty to list new items was removed , i work hard to improve my performance and solve each complaint
now on today 16th dec. , my a/c have only 1 nagetive ,
4 neutral and 250 + positive feedbacks , and 2 case open from last 2 months in which buyer not respond , in last 30 days not even single case go to t n s , AND DSR RATINGS ARE ABOVE STANDARDS , WHEN I TALK TO EBAY UK T n S THEY SAID MY PERFORMANCE IS ABOVE STANDARDS AND I NOT NEED TO IMPROVE MY PERFORMANCE BUT THEY SAY SORRY THEY CANT HELP BCOZ THEY CANT TAKE ACTION AGAINST SELLER OUTSIDE UK

IF YOU COUNT THEN SATISFACTION RATE IS ABOVE 98 % IN LAST 30 DAYS AND ALMOST above 97 % IN LAST 90 DAYS TOO



on 16th dec. today t N S WRITE ME THAT MY PERFORMANCE IS NOT IMPROVED !!!!!!!!!! I AM REALLY SURPRISE AND NOT KNOW WHY THEY ARE DOING THIS AFTER HAVING MORE THAN 98 % SATISFACTION RATE

Its very sad to hear from you. Really we all sellers are helpless. We know how much we work hard for buyer satisfaction but buyer always gives unfair feedbacks. Most of times buyers casually leaves feedback without selecting stars which affect our account.

God know who will teach to buyer how to leave feedback and also when seller will get any tool to fight against such unfair restriction.

ebay is still trying to squash the little guy,and kiss the bottums og the billion dollar companys,could it be they want us to just get out of the way?a friend of a friend is the friend to one of the top share holders of one of these big companys ,i will have there answer on thursday
