powership

Powership is really not working and is a real harassment for sellers. DTDC courier is asking us to go and drop the items at their collection place and pickup is not available. This process has not been established well and Ebay is doing nothing to improve their vendors. Fedex has not responded at all.

Please deactivate powership for me. We are disappointed.

It takes more than 1 hour for a person to reach to the customer care of powership. I have tried number of times and most of the time it hangs up for more than 20 -25 minits and then the call gets cut autometically.
