paisapay suspended my account without any reason.. Bewer seller..

I want your urgent help !!!!

Kindly Let me know the reason why my Paisapay account is suspended and why PaisaPay remittance is on hold???

I am a power seller with excellent track record. also Paisapay provide me ER facility last month.

Now suddenly my paisapay account had been suspended by paisapay on 10/07/2008. I complain to customer support. customer support team reply me to - send POD copy. I send POD copy on 12/07/2008 . But still today my account suspended and my more than 22000 remitance is on hold. I mostly use DTDC courier and DTDC courier is provide on line Tracking system.

There is no complain from my any buyers.

I Think this Days are very worst for sellers on ebay.

I request eBay.in Please Contact buyer and ask if I'm not a honest seller.

I never expected this from eBay.in

If you guys still thinks I'm wrong then please suspend my account.

i was a small seller on ebay for last 3-4 months
just 6-7 days before ebay sent me a msg telling that they have suspended my paisapay account
and they also told me that my remittance has been suspended
now my hard earned 85,000 to 90,000 rs is held there
i am writing mails to mails but thers is no reply
i am calling there customer care and they have no knowledge
according to them the trust and safety team handles these issues
i written mails to them also
but again no reply

all are they saying that i have violated their policy
but when i ask which policy and how
then there is no reply

i need the money urgently but they are not willing to return it

i am also in favour of taking legal action in consumer court

IS ANYBODY HAVING PROBBLEM PAYING THROUGH PAISA PAY? Spoke to ebay they say another 2-3 days to solve this isssue! it was supposed to be rectified monday but now they say by thursday it will be solved.

This issue looks resolved and manisha711 is back on sale.

May be these kind of postings need to be locked for further replies. We just thought that its a current issue and still unresolved. But after verifying for a few minutes, we understood its very very old post.

This kind of "Provide POD" thing should be removemed unless there is any dispute from the buyer. I think its a trick to "keep the money from sellers" so ebay can invest in other businesses....!

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY SHOULD A SELLER PRODUCE A POD WHEN ALL THE COURIER COMPANIES OFFER ONLINE TRACKING AND ONCE THE ITEM IS RECIEVED BY THE BUYER IT SHOWS DELIVERED EITHER BY SIGN, NAME OR STAMP OR SEAL. IS THAT NOT ENOUGH EVIDENTIAL PROOF THAT THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED AND RECIEVED BY THE BUYER???????????????? DOES EBAY THINK THAT ALL SELLERS ARE JOBLESS AND WILL RUN AROUND TO GET A POD WHENEVER A BUYER DISPUTES HIS CLAIMS. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE BUYER DOES NOT PAY. THE ONLY OPTION IS TO RELIST AND THE ENTIRE PROCEDURE TAKES ALMOST A MONTH TO FINISH AND THEY GET THEIR ADDITIONAL LISTING FEES. RUBBISH.

Wonderfull, here is another disaster. Is this somekind of scam going in ebay?. Becoz if they suspend the paisapay account U don't know where the money going who getting it(ebay says the money will be refunded to buyers, but even if U contact them after a month they say "I received nothing"). And U can't do anything.

Defnetly fishy, espicially Professional sellers are in trouble.
This is a another reason why I don't like ebay as a seller.
