ebay claim department sucking on sellers for a item listed for PARTS

hi this is about claim I'd 435624, PaisaPay ID : 35897086542

I was listed item for parts and in question answer it is written that item stuck on HTC screen. but buyer open claim that phone was not working and ebay decided in his favour. while it is written in listing that item stuck on HTC screen.

now ebay told buyer to reship back to me.

what I do now. ebay really suck on genuine listings.
help
