During my short career in ebay i have noticed a very strange thing that only one out of ten bidders probably pay for the items they bid upon. if buyer does not pay the seller has no other option to open a case or request for either to pay or to cancel the transaction to buyer. Now Seller is on the mercy of buyer the buyer even without paying a penny become eligible to leave negative feedback. the seller is scapegoat from both side if he opens a case against buyer the buyer can refuse his request & can retaliate with negative feedback or if he does not open case he has to pay unnecessary fee for item which has not been sold actually.
will this encourage new entrepreneurs or discourage them to become seller on ebay. expert comments requested
