Hi,
recently when I tried to send a used mobile phone by courier - i faced a lot of problem.
I'm from Kolkata. I usually ship through DTDC. But I contacted their branch office they refused to accept the mobile phone. Same thing happened with Aramex, AFL. TNT did not have service to that place. Blue Dart told me the charge will be rs. 1500 (approximately) by Air.
So I contacted the buyer and as per his suggestion sent the phone through DTDC after declaring it as toy.
But I'm not comfortable with this. If anything happens during transit - I can not charge the courier company as I myself declared the item as toy.
So please suggest me which courier to use to ship mobile phones with proper declaration?
