The buyer is not responding

I received an order email on my email rather on ebay but when I checked the buyer had not confirmed the payment and I waited for 2 days still no confirmation and then I opened a dispute report on 29th July. Today is 6th of August the buyer has not responded to ne of my messages nor my email. The buyer has 0 ratings I think fake person. But the fees have been charged to me. What should I do in order to get those fees removed off my list asap. Please if you could let me know.

The buyer is not responding

My issue got solved. There was an option to close it and the final fee gets credited which I did and it was done. So Closing this case
