With regards to your question on the automated emails from selling manager pro, we would like to inform you that with the New PaisaPay we have only made a change to the automation emails for Item shipped.
To explain the change to the Item shipped email:
For all PaisaPay transactions, once the seller inputs shipping details in My PaisaPay, SM Pro will not send an email to the buyer informing him that the item has been shipped. This is done as PaisaPay sends an email informing the buyer that the item has been shipped along with the shipping details provided by the seller. To avoid 2 emails to the buyer, Item shipped emails are not sent for PaisaPay transactions from SM/ SM Pro.
All the other automation rules including the Payment received email rule are working as they did before the launch of the new PaisaPay. In case of payment received through PaisaPay or any other payment method, once the seller / PaisaPay mark the item as Payment received, SM Pro will send an email to the buyer informing him of payment received.
We have tested this at our end and it seems to be working fine. In case there are any transactions you are facing issues for please let us know.
