Ebay seller protection is big joke and they never see justification emails which we send to insellerverification@ebay.in and ebay case page also not allow us to update our jusitification. Looks Ebay claim officer seems to be newbie, not see our email, just granting claim to buyers. Some time they will put justiificaion seller phone is not reachable. Ebay only favor to buyers
i emailed to insellerverification@ebay.in; insellerprotection@ebay.in asking reply on what basis you have taken descision and there is no repsonse from them... Is there any Escalation matrix for this kind of issue? if not let me know procudure how to sue it?
