Seller copying pictures & description, eBay c.c not taking actions

Dear sellers, a seller with different ebay id 'healthcare.in' & 'allindiaonline' has been copying my pictures & descriptions from my listings.

I have write a message to him to remove the those pictures owned by me. but he is irresponsibly answering that he is unaware about his listing contents and his staff only copied those listings and he said he will remove the copied contents.
But after a week time he made more than 10 listings which all been copied from my listings. I have send a complaint to ebay c.c through report item link. but ebay c.c replied a automated reply mail saying that the listing are not substantially similar.
Since there is no action from ebay, now he start listing the copied items in one more id. He has listed more than 6000 listings in which my copied listings are about 20. I dont know he may copied most of the descriptions from other small sellers like me only. Now only i started making water marking of my pictures, but my old images with out watermarking are still used by this seller.

All sellers . please beware with this seller, he may be also copied your listings also. we should be careful with this kind of few fraud sellers, when making listings, other wise your all hard work should be wasted, they simply theft your pictures and they start selling. eBay don't care about this kind of people, because they are earning fees anyway.

You wrote here that you will remove the pictures by mutual understanding. But i am seeing that still you are using the pictures of mine in following ids 'healthcare.in', 'allindiaonline' & 'alwaysinnovative'.

Please find my original pictures of mine uploaded for your reference(fresh pictures, unedited) to prove that I am the owner of those pictures, from which I have edited & used the pictures in my listing. He simply copied this pictures & saying that he copied from the internet.

EBAY NOT RESPONDING.
I bought an item Id 320575923187 "Rolex chronograph - brilliant condition" from the seller Id 'hmmmm1987' . Then I found that was a fake one, which I informed to the seller over phone and also I opened a case in ebay's Resolution Centre. When seller did not respond properly then I closed the case for final value claim, vide claim No. 24864. Then ebay's claim adjuster Mr. Rahul Moon sent a mail to me on 05.102010 and advised me to returned back the item to the seller's address (Which Mr. Rahul Moon provided). As I was travelling that time so I was unable to check my mail and when I checked the mail on 08.10.2010 then immediatly sent the item to the seller and mail the scan copy of the my AWB of courier to 'insellerverification@ebay.com' . The seller also received the item as I know from tracking the item in DTDC site. After that no body has contacted me from ebay. I have tried to contact Mr. Rahul Moon over his phone 022 66041031 and he did not pick the phone. After that I write to ebay costumor care and when contacted over phone the executive informed me that, my case is being closed and no claim shall be considered. I want to tell if some body did not able to check his email during 48 hours (As the time limit fixed by ebay) due to travelling,illness or any other reason then his claim shall be forfeited. But in other hand the seller who is cheating and violating the ebay rules by giving fake item and collecting money for a original item, in this case ebay is not even taking any action against them. The seller 'hmmmm1987' is doing fraud by opening multiple IDs in ebay and selling fake items. Whereas we are the buyer suffering for this and loosing our money like this. Ebay has to change this claim system (48 hrsTime frame for claim). Please do reply to me, as I have lost arround Rs. 9000/- out of nothing wrong from my part.
