Power ship shippers Charging anything ???? is ebay trying to earn ???

power shippers are charging too high for consignments, I request all of you to check your charges and comments here, here providing few examples and weight mentioned is also after packing. earlier these same parcels are sent within Rs. 100/- with aramex, TNT and DTDC by Air cargo.

There is very big difference between dream shown by ebay and realty regarding powership. A 5kg printer charged by powershipper Rs. 950/- where as ebay allow us to charge on Rs. 230/-, where as there shiiping partner charged rs, 950/-. few more example.

Keeping eye on charges & billing is good thing.

if Once your money stuck with ebay then you will get nothing. and you tried for refund of your money , then you will be arranged restrictions on your account.


Whenever i asked for my money of Yr.2009 DOW subsidy amount of Appx.35k then account was suspended and NO answer from ACCOUNT MANAGER / CATAGORY MANAGER.

ALWAYS BE CAREFUL ABOUT EBAY FEES/BILLING & REMITTANCE.

Which word of mine did you find offensive or insulting or rude ??? let me now and I will tender an immediate apology. Don't just shoot your mouth off. All I have said in my answer is "don't give half backed stories", I have requested him to give complete details and you find that offensive, that's surprising.

Read my replies to the query and try to understand it, you will see that there is not an iota of truth in your reply and BTW let the concerned person raise an objection if he feels offended why should you even bother to take trouble ??.

We opted in only to opt out within 48 hours. the reasons are

1. rates are too high compared to what we have here
2. No control over the LSP regd picking up deliveries. we keep calling them. DSR will go for a six then
3. Shipping in many cases were delayed
4. too many things out of our control and in the control of LSPs and Ebay; it is not a happy situation.

What can be done

1. Let EBAY fix up rates only, let sellers tie up the rest with the courier companies
2. Get as many slabs as possible, 100 and 250gm can b a bliss and boon for businesses

again same type of charges have been imposed by fedex and bluedard.

Even a netbook 10" sleeve hardly weight 200gms after packing charged 93/-, where we used to send within Rs. 40/-
and we earn rs. 30/-

A router less than 1 kg charged rs. 271/-

Now we have asked ebay to remove power ship option ASAP.

As we communicated here that this is not very exiting arrangement as even they do not ship product above 10000/-.

we feel it will again a big flop like COD.

we can always manage this better than them. we can talk to LP directly anytime for unreasonable service and charges and we can deduct it from their payment. here we can only complain and have a reply that "it is escalated with concerned team"

ebay also charge for packing matiral provided by ebay or not.
