Hi,
I sold 2 items on ebay for which I was suppose to get Rs 1596 as remittance. But when I received it in the bank it was only Rs 928 only. I tried contacting customer care more than 6 times but the same answer each time " we have escalated the claim and you'll get a reply within 48-72 Hours" but that doesn't happen.
I don't know what is wrong with ebay. Really disappointed with the way they are handling problems these days. For proof I have posted my account pictures below. I have to option other than to take legal action against ebay now. I also want to make people aware of the unethical practices by ebay. People please be aware if you love your money.
