The ebay is not sending the product, ebay is mediator between buyer and seller, contact with seller wheather he has sended the item or not, if he sended please ask him from which courier he has sended with tracking number, so that u can know the exact position, if u not found, then raise a claim that u not received the product, so ebay deinetly help u in this matter, in ebay ubuyer has ebay protecion. dont worry u would get your product or your money 🙂
