No Payment received and I get a negative feedback

Hello,
I have been recently facing a problem, people are buying my items and are not paying for the item. In due course they leave me with a negative feedback without paying for the item. I filed for a dispute and the only thing I got is my FVF and still the feedback remains. Isnt there any way I could remove that feedback, moreover the comments they make are even not true. What can I do?

In eBay USA, if non-paying bidder (NPB) leaves feedback, it is removed. This is not true at eBay.in?

It is a incorrect statement that in eBay USA negative feedback from a non paying buyers are automatically removed. Rules for eBay is same every where. What you can possibly do is give him a negative feedback then apply for mutual feedback removal.
