My account shows balance of Rs. 24000 with ebay

suddenly one day I get up and check with my ebay to see a
balance of Rs. 24000 with ebay on my seller account, upon proper look up in my
seller account I found out that all my FVF were reversed with

eBay Debit FVF credit reversal (FVF abuse) - Fees debited fro Ref#114475871

Other

Rs. 17,407.34

I had been paying all my legimate fees which are due to ebay,
Now I had put some of my listings on direct buy on which many nigerians had
bought, even on auctions many people either refuse to pay or jus show as If they
don;t know what ebay is.

So I had asked for credit of FVFs on those listings but now
I see that all those FVFs which were granted have been reversed one day?

What Should I do in such case?

I would be happy If I could get help on the same, regards.

If you have not already done so, I would request you to write in to Customer Support with the details of your issue. Well they have replied to me that the credits will be again given after thorough investigation and around 10 days have passed.

Lets wait and watch for the same.
