Launch of PowerShip – an eBay facilitated shipping service

As per ebay's announcement that with the introduction of PowerShip there will be changes in Selling flows, Checkout and My PaisaPay with effect from midnight of 5th June 2012 but now it is past midnight 6th June 2012 and no changes have taken place.

Has the new PowerShip scheme bitten the dust even before take off or what, when will it change Seemaji ??????

New Checkout page and Paisapay page is still not showing, what is the problem ??????

The new changes in My PaisaPay are updated now.

The eBay also need to correct Shipping Declaration Format as it is currently showing Buyer as Consignor and Seller as Consignee.

In the new my Paisapay in the "Shipping Preferences" tab, the "State Exclusions" option is missing, I need this option very much, what should I do please advice ???????

I am still unable to see the "State Exclusions" option in the "Shipping Preferences" tab. I need this option very much, I have sent mails to ebay and also talked to ebay customer care about this issue but nothing has been done about it. Please advice what should I do ?????. You can see the problem in the given image.
