My account is on hold from last one month, I already sended all the documents 6 times to the kyc team but still my account is not activated, Everyday i call there customer care and they are making fake promises like account will be activated in 2hrs, 24hrs or 48hrs and i am still waiting form last one month. Even i am not getting back any updates regarding this. What next steps i can follow when they are not responding?
