International shipping such a big headache

International shipping has become such a headache. Even if you give free shipping on items. Ater 3-4 days a buyer in suppose USA starts saying 'Where is my item?' now what can you say about that. Even DHL does not send item so fast. If you by chance say something which the buyer regards rude he will rightaway give negative feedback or low DSRs and they he will keep asking every two days 'Where is my item?'. Is there a solution to this ?

You are right. Many problems.
India is good if you know how to live with neighbours. In fact I desire to increase my eBay India listings and forget the eTRS at all 3 eBay clusters. Nothing like home site.

Mention in the listing that delivery will take 2-3 weeks and also give this info with shipping details e-mail after you despatch the order.
