Hi friend,
I sold a HTC One X white color phone 4 days ago. Afater received the phone byuer called me and told that the phone is fine. But when he went to buy a screen gaurd to his nearby local shop, the shop keeper told him that the phone is not original. After that he called me and we had a good positive conversations & he thanked me. After 2 days today I got an email from ebay about that buyer claimed against me . Now he acting asking that there are scratch on back cover and few phone calls. But the phone was 100% new and sealed pack.
Reason for Claim :Item not as expected
Desired resolution :I want my money back
What to do now please help?
