Feeling Insecurity in ebay for ebay Business Need ebay Team Support from feedback policy

Respected ebay team,
    Hello, i am from lmp3creation, i am Member since: 16-Apr-2011 in India, from Rajkot & i am selling Ladies & Gents Wrist Watches & Sunglasses from last three years & till today i am 100% seller by providing as possible as best service to every buyers. I had solve every buyers issues, problem regarding item or delivery of item or may be any other related to transaction & maintain my reputation & status 100% till today even also bearing 100% loos for some transaction for buyers satisfaction only. As per me buyer is God Because we earn from them & maintain our life, Business , status & provide happiness to our Family. My sales also increase day by day just because of maintain good feedback profiles & ratings & mainly to you Ebay team support & Help every time. Just because of ebay today i am increasing my sales & in last month i sold approx 1300 to 1400 items & in this coming new year also i am always Thankful for ebay team for all services.

   But Now today i mail to you ebay team due to some Very hard changes made in your feedback policies. As per your new poiicies no one mistake have done by seller if even its from seller sides or not no one lestning also.If out of 1500 transaction any 3-4 buyers have any problem with product & left Negative & Neutral feedback without communication so its nachural & even also if have any buyer issues regarding not working watch, or item received damage,or not as per buyers aspactation.  So i call or do message & resolve every types of problem even also i have to bear 100% loss & take follow up & do resolution & get remove feedback & maintain my 100% status.Hence i have one question to you ebay team as per your new feedback policies if any defect feedback comes from buyers side so its always remain in our account by asking why defect comes. So i think in this whole world no one place, store, mall, Market, site & any people who had not done any one mistake. & after any mistake or defect no one resolution & solution at all. only five feedback revision form in one year but how ebay seller main his reputation & status 100 in 1500 or more transaction done in one month??.
  Who ebay seller increase his sales due to this feedback policies if it still remain same i think feedback will going down & down even also after providing best service & solution Just because of this policy. Just like before three years my sales increase day by day in coming three years my sales will go down & down & my account will closed due to low feedback ratings. because why buyer will purchase from my account if my feedback going low 70% or 80%in next years.

Is my thinking is wrong???  in this situations how can all seller maintain his reputation ???? just like from last three years i am maintaining my reputation in coming next years how can i maintain my reputation like till today????

I lmp3creation feeling insecurity in ebay for ebay business that who can i able to increas by business with you like before per year.

I have one humbel request to you please please do understand our my seller problem & do change in feedback policy & allow feedback removel of follow-up basic, take feedback from buyres its also not easy ebay team. its one humbel again & again request please understand our problem & make changes asap.

I am with you. I already suffering from this situation right now. I always give my 100% to maintain good rating and satisfy my customers but some buyers are just enjoy leaving negative feedbacks, some even don't know the impact of Negative feedback on seller, some are misusing this by leaving negative feedbacks and claiming their refunds through eBay Guarantee.

 

But what can we do to stop this my friend? Isn't eBay watching our posts and discussions and all problems sellers are facing? Or this discussion board is just like Facebook and Twitter where we write and people comments....and so on...We are not here for chatting and commenting, we are here to raise our voice for all seller rights but where is eBay?

 

Why eBay is not taking any step to provide proper support to sellers?..........Each and every selller is suffering dear!!!

Same here feeling very insecure for selling on Ebay after eBay has made change in the feedback removal policy. Now think why will a seller try to resolve a buyer's issue if the negative feedback can't be removed becoz he knows that even after resolving a buyers issue, the negative feedback will stay on his a/c. If a buyer's issue is not resolved why will he ever buy again from eBay & on the other hand if the sellers will keep on collecting negative feedbacks they will feel very insecure as their sale will keep on declining with the increasing no. of negative feedbacks. The buyer will not be interested in buying after seeing so many negative feedbacks & also knowing that his issue won't be resolved by the seller so in turn will move on to other websites for purchasing their requirement. So neither the buyer will be interested in buying after having a bad experience of issue not getting resolved by the seller nor the seller will be interested in selling if there is no sale for him & if his hard earned reputation is ruined in this way.

 

So overall eBay will be at a complete loss as it will be lossing the buyers & without buyers sellers can't survive. So eBay immediately needs to think about it & bring the old feedback policy which was perfect & was working very well with the buyers & sellers & for all. OR else it will soon start lossing all of its buyers & top rated sellers due this completely not acceptable feedback policy.
