i got a mail today from some claim adjuster Salim

This is with regards to regards to Claim # 50104 file by buyer
ID:reliableenterprise against you for Item # 220785779319 (OEM Original
Charger Dock Cradle For Ipod Shuffle)

This is to inform you that buyer had raised and claim stating the Item
not as expected (The OEM charger for ipod shuffle is not working at
all.).

Provide me the resolution as the buyer want refund.

Failing to reply me within 29/5/2011 5.00pm failing to reply we will ask
the buyer to reship the item back.

The mail shows it was sent on 29-May-2011 12:43 that 29th may that is Sunday normally all seller are close and he want a reply with in 4 hour that too on Sunday or else he will refund the amount.

I wanna ask have any Customer Support of ebay have they reply our mail within 24 hours.I have mail them many time and i got reply after 2-3 days.

I dont know what EBAY CLAIM teams work like they want to trouble the seller they just feel seller are always CHEAT and buyer is king.

If a seller dont read the mail on sunday and dont reply within 4 hour then he wud easily refund the amount without any problem.And the best part is before seller getting the item the amount is refunded by the claim adjuster.

One more claim is there with yogesh where buyer is a new buyer and have order 2 qty in one transcation.we ship it well and he have recd it but but he claim that he have recd a single qty now here also claim adjuster yogesh want to refund the full amount.He feel buyer have not recd which means u have shipped one qty only.Claim adjuster behave like we are cheat over here.


I think sohail should check the same and do reply

if u check the item number 220785779319 i have clearly mention that this is Compatibility: iPod shuffle (2G only)

but still buyer purchase for new version and then complaint
if buyer dont read the details then also its ok they are 100% right according to ebay CLAIM TEAM
At the end only seller is wrong according to ebay claim team

Please speak to your account manager immediately and get him to reply to this mail.

Expecting a reply within 4 hrs on a Sunday is ridiculous, we are sellers and not vcustomer or ebay employees.

Few more very important factors here are:
1. why all ebay Guarantee claims result in refund and not replacement?.
2. why is the buyers name not included in the mail received?.
3. Why is the claim adjuster name not included in the mail?.
4. Why is there no contact number of the claim adjuster included in the mail?.
5. why is there no REPLY button included in the mail?.

would the claims team please reply, or would Seemaji please reply, who very regularly replies to all insignificant queries of the buyer but never replies to genuine seller issues or anybody else in ebay who is brave enough please reply. *****************

guys u r rt, salim has also closed a claim saying
POD for returning the item was not submitted within 72 hrs
well i was late by one hr- Ebay paisa bay is nothing but
harassment
