Thought I will prepare the parcels for tomorrow and marked RTS a FedEx order. Surprise empty label with out AWB.
But showing RTS and not coming up again in "power ship Unshipped.".column.
Tried another Fedex order again showing RTS but label is blank with out AWB,
Any one facing this problem tonight or faced before?
Sent a mail to inlogistics with attachment of the address labels with out AWB.
will the problem will solve by tomorrow early morning or PS Team have to re assign to fedex to enable me to mark RTS again ?but in both instances no mail from ebay..saying .you have marked ready to ship.!
