CoD Payment not received by Ebay for last 6 months

We have not received our cod payment which is pending since last 6 months. Almost 4 lakh rs of cod is held by ebay and every time we send them email they reply they will get back to us on this and i have been emailing them since several months.

We are out of cash because of this as we have to pay to our suppliers on time and ebay is heartless on this.

I think ebay should release cod payments atleast twise in a month.

The response from ebay is really bad and they do not take responsibility for the payment.

I feel they should stop ebay cod or be serious about sending payments.

I advise all sellers to look into it.

Thank you seems. Received 69000 rs cheque and lots more pending and i hope your team will work harder to send cod payments. In mean while i have stopped selling cod.
