Dear Team,
My Seller Id is- globemapper. One of a buyer bought a handbag from my store on 27 sep 2014. After few days she accepted that she has received the bag hence the amount of that bag transferred to my bank account but after few days she filled a claim with claim id- 674291, that she haven't received the item. I checked the tracking details with India Post the delivery status is not updated and i think thats the reason she is taking benefit of the tracking updation. I told this matter to the ebay selling team executive on 10/11/2014 with SR no.- 1#36669364086 and he said you dont worry i will update this information on that claim and the claim adjuster will reject this buyer claim because the buyer confirmed on ebay of recceiving the product. But after 2 days the claim is approved by the claim adjuster (ashish2010.eg). After all this i called many times to ebay selling team and they are not taking me & this matter seriously. Pls help me with this.
