Ebay always support these scamsters and frauds
I also sold a product on ebay, Buyer id is sonone7 ( 7 ) on 07/12/2016.
he raised a claim on ebay and ebay approve his refund and arrange the reshipment of item.
But what buyer did he remove my product label and stick it on a dead item and send it to me.
Ebay keeps saying that there courier pickup person are soo smart that they can check that item is same or not even without seeing the original item.
buyer keep my item and full money while me loss the whole amount because of this ebay.
Please do not sell on ebay , there paisapay fee are not 8% and they will do whatever they could to bear you loss.
