They lost one of my package (powership) around 5 months back and never replied to my mails to cover under insurance. Second, they closed a claim 50 days based on tracking number. That package was delivered to someone 20km from my location and there was no option to apply for seller protection. I mailed them with screenshot and never heard back from them. Calling them is also useless, they tell tha you will get mail. It just like a gov office, asking me to go from here to there! What kind of attitude these guys have towards the seller?
