Buyer Left me neutral feedback by mistake where he wanted to post a positive one. And he selected wrong option and then he mailed Trust and safety for the same. But There is no reply from them since last 2 weeks. Also i forwarded same message to insrswebhelp and other ebay's address but seems like trust & safety do not want to reply or help in this matter anymore. I am pasting buyer's email here

Hi, I have had the same problem and was told it can not be removed.

The new feedback system is awful.

Ask the buyer to put an extra comment/remark on the feedback they left, so atleast your customers can see it was a mistake. The score can not be changed tho.

I am not worried about not removing comment or feedback. But atleast they should put some energy to reply back to query or problem. Its been so long and have mailed them twise but no reply. How funny!
