Will I receive the payment if user is suspended?

I sold the item to yamandbeans. He made the payment and in Paisapay it shows the current balance of the payment he made. However now the status shows as follow :

eBay Note: This user is no longer registered on eBay.
eBay Note: You have received PaisaPay payment (PaisaPay ID 15873046091)

I haved couriered my products. I am a new seller, so will i receive my payments. Is it safe ? I am worried since it says the buyer is suspended. Kindly help and clarify.

Keep a copy of the Courier receipt and also tell your courier co to provide you a POD (Proof of Delivery) Signed by the receiver.

You may need to fax them to ebay in case you receive a chargeback.

Once you receive a chargeback contact ebay using the help link and ask them to give the detailed procedure for a chargeback. Then fax the POD as per their directions.

SUBMIT THEM TO EABY WHEN THEY ASK FOR THE PROOF FOR SENDING THE PRODUCT.

Incase your id is suspended before the paisa pay payment is released your payment at paisa pay will get stcuk ... !!sAsTaITsHop!!

Hello all sellers!
Please read paisapay's revised policy which will be in effect from Feb 2006.
The seller is at the risk of money loss, in case there is a chargeback due to any reason.
I understand that even if a seller produces POD, ships the product, he is liable to unlimately payback the chargeback amount to paisapay. Please read the policy carefully, and post your views to the benefit of all sellers community.

You will definately get back your money on providing the POD.

But.....But....But......

If the address on the POD is not complete and weight of the packet not marked clearly.....you are in trouble.

You may not get the money in that case.

90% of the Courier Companies Pick-up Boys don't write the complete address on the AWB slip.

Use the contact us link and demand a refund from Pasia Pay. There are chances that the payment is stuck with Paisa Pay and not forwarded to the seller

Else contact your credit card company and get a chargeback.
