Product Not returned After too Many Request !!

I have requested to many time to return my product and they just said my phn is switched off and its not working, i gave them a alternate number but did not called and also they are not replying my email and comments just a no reply email that your case will be resolved in just next 48 to 72 hours and not its almost 1 and half month.

I raised to paisapay bt first they approved my Claim then on next day they send me Rejecting mail of claim. What bull**bleep** is that. Am giving 0 rating to this seller.
