On 27/12/2016 Seller shipped my order placed on ebay through India Post (Speed Post) under Airway Bill Number: ED 924906712IN. Till date i have not received the order. I raised a refund request on 06/01/2017 under PaisaPay ID 44390956283 which was rejected by seller for unknown reasons. Ever since then i have been making calls to ebay. I even have approached them through calls and live chat sesions and every time they ask me to wait for 48-72 hours and that they will call be back. It is too pathetic on part of ebay to be so careless towards their customers. I just wanto know why on this earth is not my refund being processed. I have approached the concerned India Post office who informed me that they have returned the article to sender on 09/01/2017 and they also gave me a receipt in this regard which i am attaching herewith. Sort out the matter as soon as possible or else i am goin to tweet it to pmo and everywhere else.
