I won an auction on 1/1/2016 and immediately paid using Netbanking. Received an alert from my bank that an amount of Rs. 1621.04 had been debited from my account, but it was not followed by a confirmation of purchase/order from ebay. I immediately contacted ebay through email and subsequently during working hours through chat. The payment and purchase is still not reflected by PAISAPay, though my bank has confirmed that the payment has been made. Details are followed:

I am sure EBAY and PAISAPAY reconcile amounts received versus orders confirmed and why for four days me the buyer and the seller are waiting for ebay to confirm / rectify.
